How Does Cefimul-CV 325 Work?
Cefixime in Cefimul-CV 325
Cefixime is a third-generation cephalosporin antibacterial. It works by interfering with bacterial cell-wall synthesis, thereby inhibiting the growth of susceptible bacteria.
Clavulanic Acid in Cefimul-CV 325
Clavulanic acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor. In combination products, it helps inhibit certain beta-lactamase enzymes that can reduce the activity of beta-lactam antibiotics.
